Full Stack Developer - 1 Openings

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling web applications across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. 

Responsibilities 

As a Full Stack Developer, you will mostly work on one or more following types of work depending on your experience. 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications across the full stack  
• Build intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React. 
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js frameworks. 
• Integrate third-party services and APIs  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code  
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems  
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with best practices  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development  
• Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles (hooks, state management, component lifecycle) 
• Excellent knowledge backend frameworks like Express, Nestjs 
• Excellent knowledge of fullstack node frameworks like Remixjs or Nextjs 
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization  
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs  
• Excellent with Git VCS (hands on experience with Pull Requests review and merge) 
• Experience with monorepo projects, microservices and modular architecture 
• Understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, authentication, security best practices)  
• Experience with docker 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API)  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines  
• Experience writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)  
• Exposure to performance monitoring and logging tools
